Many of these firms are located downtown, and this home is just over three miles and ten minutes drive away.

The home is situated in a small complex of luxury townhomes on a quiet street; neatly manicured landscaping fronting a brick edifice greets you. You can enter from the two-car garage or the main entry. A guest bedroom on the first floor is appointed with a Queen bed, en-suite bath, and television. The kitchen and dining room are located on the same level just past the living room. A large kitchen island providing lots of cabinetry and counter space divides the rooms. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with top range appliances including a gas stove and a dishwasher, and all the cooking supplies you’ll need. The elegant dining room can host a dinner party for up to six.

On the third floor, the huge master bedroom suite consists of a king bed, private bath with tub and shower, and LCD TV. The master bathroom will tempt with a garden tub, walk-in shower, and Jack-and-Jill sinks. A second bedroom includes a queen bed and en-suite bathroom as well as an LCD TV.
