Form and function combine in this fully furnished one-bedroom studio, one bath apartment in urban Seattle. This updated, and sleekly designed space is located in the upscale neighborhood of Montlake, next to Capitol Hill and just eight minutes from South Lake Union, ten minutes from downtown, and fifteen minutes from Bellevue, home to many corporate headquarters and major corporate offices including Microsoft, Verizon, and Expedia to name a few.
Seattle’s economy is a mix of older manufacturing and newer military, technology, and aerospace companies. It is home to an eclectic mix of major employers such as Amazon, Boeing, Facebook, and a new Google campus. Traveling educators will enjoy the close proximity to historic University of Washington, established in 1861, one of the oldest universities on the West Coast.
New renovations and understated elegant design create an easy flow and in this urban apartment. The unique motif uses a multiplicity of materials including wood wall and cabinet panels to bring a warm grain to contrast with the polished concrete and Carrera marble finishes. In addition, the translucent glass walls give the open floor plan a feeling of separation without division. Spatial variations and scale are further created by the two-story atrium that supplies volumes of natural light and a view to the tree line and western sunset sky. The floor to ceiling windows cast light on a central great room where the brick fireplace contributes the natural elements of fire and heat and the large wall mounted LCD television set above the fireplace creates a welcoming environment for movie viewing.
In the kitchen, a Bulthaup stainless steel, free standing countertop provides for food preparation and cooking, including two stainless prep sinks, Gaggenau infrared burners, a high BTU gas hub, and a built-in cutting surface. Here you’ll, also, find other high-end features including a large under counter Miele oven, above counter Miele microwave, Subzero refrigerator, and garbage disposal.
Open to the kitchen is the dining room with a solid cherry wood table that seats up to eight. A second wall mounted 40-inch LCD TV ensures you won't miss your favorite show or sporting event while enjoying meals with family, friends, and colleagues.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a secluded butler pantry providing an obscured area for clean-up and dishwashing that is separate from the preparation area; includes Miele dishwasher, second garbage disposal, large stainless sink with restaurant style fixtures, Miele washer/dryer, and built-in ironing board.
In the bedroom is an enveloping California king bed nestled along a radiant white marble wall that provides a Zen-like private space to rest and re-charge.
The luxurious bath includes a walk-in Carrera marble wet room with a rainfall shower, a second shower head with hand-held shower, and a large free-standing tub.
When you’re ready to explore Seattle, you’ll discover there’s not enough time to enjoy everything this great city has to offer. Within a few blocks you’ll find The Japanese Gardens and the Washington Park Arboretum, local treasures and a must-see. Nearby Volunteer Park features a Botanical garden in a greenhouse conservatory, a children’s play area and the Seattle Asian Art Museum. Several parks, playing fields and tennis courts are along the shores of the Montlake Cut. In nearby downtown are the world-famous Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium, and when in town catch the Mariners at Safeco Field or the Seahawks at CenturyLink field.
Plentiful shopping in both Montlake and the city proper includes the work of local artisans and farmers markets, wonderful restaurants, and plenty of big box retail. Nearby University Village offers the traveler an opportunity to satisfy a multitude of needs from business to pleasure.
You’ll find your stay an oasis of calm in the city—convenient to everything Seattle has to offer. Truly unique, the apartment has been conceived, designed and beautifully crafted to provide an elegant blend of elements with meticulous attention to detail.
We look forward to welcoming you to your home away from home!

Fantastic apartment. I lived here for 4.5 months after starting a position at UW. 10 minutes to work and 10 minutes back. Convenient commute to lots of stores and restaurants. The apartment is very-well laid out and the furnishings and appliances are all high-end. The neighborhood is quiet and there are many options for walks. Having the maid service and parking included add substantial value. Raul and Jerry are excellent to work with and responsive to any inquiries. I think this is one of the best value rentals in the area and would recommend it to family, friends, or anyone else.
Great place. Perfect for a couple. We stayed between January and August & enjoyed our stay a lot. We were also able to use the place for entertaining our friend. Has everything needed for comfortable stay.
Raul was always available in case we had questions while settling down. Jerry was great and got things fixed quickly when we ran into couple of issues.
Because of our very good experience staying here, we decided to settle down in Seattle
Thank you Jerry and Raul for helping us in feeling at home in this wonderful place.
This place has everything! My husband and I stayed here during the Christmas Season for two-weeks. We found the place to be an oasis. Raul was readily available to answer all our questions. Jerry the owner went out of his way tome sure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you!
Amazing place!! It is better then staying in a 5 star hotel. I lived here for 6 months from April-September. The place has a great feel and energy. It is great for healing, relaxing and entertaining. Cooking is super fun in the chef type kitchen, Relaxing by the fire or soaking in the amazing tub were all pure luxury. The location is great you can walk to the Arboretum, restaurants, coffee and it is quick access to anything in Seattle. Everything is included parking, utilities, cable, once a month maid service. Best value around, plus Raul and Jerry were both amazing to work with. I couldn't recommend this place more you wont be disappointed.
