I could not recommend 7D enough. The owner was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating making the transition my fiancé and I made across the country that much easier. The apartment is just what we needed to get settled here in the Denver area while we shop for homes. The building is near plenty of great restaurants and breweries and close to downtown. Underground parking (especially in the winter) has been amazing. The apartment is well furnished, having everything we need, and the balcony with it's mountain views is more than we could have asked for. Look no further if you need a place to stay in Denver!

CHBO is for more than corporate housing. I’m a 60-year-old woman who needed a nice, fully furnished, secure, new place to call home rather quickly after my husband of 16 years filed for divorce. 7D and the Beauvallon have been the perfect respite for me this summer. If my circumstances were different, I would most definitely stay longer. The condo is well laid out, very tastefully decorated, and well-maintained, and includes monthly cleaning service. The spacious, open air patio faces west with almost unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains, and the lovely rattan patio furniture provides the perfect setting in which to enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning, or drinks and appetizers and dinner in the evening. The building itself is in a nice area, not quite within the cluster of high rises of downtown Denver, but still centrally located, close to shopping, business, restaurants, and only two blocks from the Cherry Creek canal with its bike and walking paths. It’s well-maintained and managed and staffed by incredibly friendly and helpful people, and it offers 24-hour, on-site security, 8 am-8 pm concierge service, and designated, secure underground, heated parking, and I’ve spent many days at the swimming pool and in the lovely French gardens. The owner has been incredibly kind, responsive and professional. The price is reasonable and includes all utilities, including extras like Nest heating and cooling and August secure lock, making it a breeze to move right in. So whether you’re here on business, or have some other reason that brings you to downtown Denver, I highly recommend looking into this condo.

If you are looking for a nice place to live be it a temporary or longer term situation I can definitely recommend this 1 bedroom fully furnished condo. Great view to the mountains, from inside the condo or outside on the spacious deck. I enjoyed my time living here,. If you seek a quite, clean, convenient, secure place with a minimum of hassles this is the place. The Owner is easy to work with and you're not going to find a better bargain.
