The second bedroom is spacious with walk in closet, private full bath and direct access to a rooftop deck. The third bedroom/office is on the first floor with a private bath. Utility room with washer and dryer.

Community pool. City bus service passes the Woodforest III community entrance.

Water service and garbage p/u are provided. Heating is by high efficiency electric heat pumps with no natural gas bill. Tennant only pays for electrical service above $5/day.

First and last month due at signing. $1,500 security deposit.

Not appropriate for children under 12 years of age since there is no yard and no playground facility.

This townhome is so comfortable. We found the spaciousness, the furniture, the natural light, the kitchen and bathrooms all exceeded my wife's and my expectations. Certainly the price for rental was fair, and in my opinion, exceeded the competition. Harry was always available to address any concern. He was fair and business-like in all our interactions. We were super pleased with our stay. We have two young kids (age 5 and 8) who enjoyed the pool. The townhome is in a quiet community, and one that I would not encourage families of small kids to play outdoors, unless they can be supervised by an adult in the separate pool area which has quite a bit of neighboring grass.

We stayed for about three weeks while our daughter was having a very serious procedure at Memorial Hermann. Owner is friendly and accessible. Community is safe, friendly, quiet, and close to key city locations. Wonderful pool that we basically had to ourselves. Up to date appliances. Beautiful home. Great stay.

I stayed at this property for two months when I relocated to Houston in January 2020. I had never been to Houston before visiting my new employer for the job interview in October and considered various other homes before choosing this one. I purposely chose something a bit farther out of downtown because I wanted space (for the money) and the opportunity to explore parts of Houston that I would not otherwise have thought to explore had I stayed closer in. The property is spacious, very nicely decorated and well fitted out with everything that I needed. My commute into downtown was reasonable, everything that I needed was nearby, and I felt secure within the gates of the community. The landlord was extremely accommodating and all instructions on how to enter the community, operate the wifi and TV, and even how to commute into downtown were simple and clear. I would certainly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable place to land on arriving in Houston.

We stayed for a week in November. Great location, near shopping, freeways, restaurants etc.. Very comfortable and spacious, with many upgrades. Good amenities. Quiet neighborhood. Secure gated community. We enjoyed our time in townhome very much. Definitely recommend this home.

As my home was being remodeled after the Harvey flood, I stayed in this property for two months. It helped make a stressful situation into something manageable. The townhouse is immaculate and has everything you could need. It is located in a very desirable area of of Houston near shopping, grocery stores, interstate highways, restaurants and entertainment. The owner is very cooperative and concerned about your comfort. I highly recommend this property.
