My family and I stayed in this apartment for the last 6 months that I was finishing up grad school. The interior of the apartment has been newly renovated and is in an excellent location. Our land lord, Julie, was excellent. She was very responsive to our needs and questions, and she was very professional in every interaction we had with her. The apartment itself is in a very quiet complex. The walls are a little thin, but all the other tenants are quiet and very polite. We had an infant with us during our stay, and he was never disturbed at night or during his nap times. The bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable. The apartment itself is located less than a mile from the town lake trail and from many groceries and retail centers. Getting downtown is extremely easy from this location. I would highly recommend this apartment, and I would stay here again given the chance.
