The space
Our townhome community is developed by a Houston architect with loft conversion inspiration. The exteriors are 100% metal and resemble shipping containers. The interior of our end unit home is super bright since it has windows on 3 sides. Our kitchen/dining area overlook the wooded park and provide a peaceful feeling. We also have a large back yard with patio furniture to enjoy some outdoor space. This has been our family home for the last 5 years so we are working on changing a few details to make it a spectacular space for our guests! The green bedroom will be getting a fresh coat of white paint, all carpet was just replaced and the home is sparkling clean! Pro photos coming soon! 3TVs in the home, one in living room and one in each bedroom with Apple TVs. High Speed WiFi. Downstairs queen bedroom comes with automatic blackout shade, great if you are working nights in the Med Center area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all small appliances you may need including a crock pot and rice cooker. Front Loading washer & dryer also included and a sparkling clean garage with remotes.

I honestly can’t say enough about how fabulous this property is! Architecturally it is inventive, well designed, commodious, nicely proportioned and with well executed fabrication. It has a great kitchen, a beautiful Master Bedroom abd Bath, a Guest Bed and Bath, an spacious Living room and a garage! The owner is personable and accommodating. It looks out on Riverside Park which is a lovely oval shaped park which is ringed by a walking path sidewalk, a playground for kids, basketball court and picnic tables. The property is just a short walk or drive to a new and wonderful HEB grocery store. And its not far to the Museum District and is very close to Hermann Park, which has a plethora of amenities, which include a outdoor concert stage, Japanese Gardens, the Houston Zoo, and the Natural History Museum, and much, much more. Additionally the property is sited, at what I consider to be the best position in the compound of similar properties, which assures privacy and accessibility. I was resident here for three months in early 2021, enjoyed every moment of it, and will definitely look to accessing this opportunity again in the future when Houston calls me back.

My family of four was able to truly relax and kick back in this cozy, comfortable and very clean townhome. Beds are great, furniture modern and chic, reliable and newish washer/dryer...everything this momma needed for a wonderful extended stay. Our host was excellent too...quick to text back and super kind. Since there is no such thing as perfect, I will balance this review with my honest initial concerns about the dicey neighborhood and increased foot traffic the park across the street attracted. It's downtown Houston so we saw all that comes with that, but had not one issue. We felt safe and secure. The noise level outdoors was almost always quiet, even with the park. I would definitely stay again.

This townhome was a wonderful place to call home. I loved the ample parking, wonderful natural light, overlooking a park, and very stylish furnishings. The layout worked perfectly and I was able to set up a perfect sized office in the downstairs bedroom. The owner even left thoughtful extras for us. The proximity to the new HEB grocery store was a huge plus as well. We walked there many times as well as visited the fresh squeezed juice place across the street. It took me 10 minutes to drive downtown, and 15 minutes to reach the galleria. So centrally located! This is a wonderful little pocket in bustling downtown full of regal trees and super friendly residents.
