Near Cafe Gratitude & Yoga Collective, 6 blocks from the beach (10 minute walk), Whole Foods, and tons more. A fully equipped kitchen for your culinary pleasures. King size Keetsa mattress, Parachute linens, mountain valley spring water, non-toxic cleaning products. Shared infrared sauna with hot outdoor shower on the back patio. Perfect for those wanting a quiet place.

Guests love staying here because the location is superb. 10 minute walk to the beach in one direction, 12 minute walk to Abbot Kinney Boulevard in another. Cafe Gratitude across the street and Moon Juice shop around the corner.

King size bed with our very own Parachute linens and towels made in Venice. And Keetsa oh so comfortable mattress. Handmade Moroccan rugs. Organic shampoo conditioner and body wash. A vitamix blender and mountain valley spring water to drink. Cleanliness and good energy abound.

Small patio out front perfect for morning tea or coffee. Shared back patio with lounge chairs and infared sauna.

This is a lower unit in a triplex with private entrance. At times you might hear the guest staying upstairs. All indoor spaces shown are completely private for your own use. Back patio with sauna and outdoor shower and shared with other units as well as free washer/dryer.

We ask to please take shoes off when inside.

This is the perfect place for those wanting a quiet and restful place to stay. We ask all guests to be respectful of the peaceful environment that we strive to provide.

Other things to note
No TV, no A/C, though plenty of windows and fans provided. This is a quiet, shoes-off, peaceful place. We welcome all guests who are looking to be a part of that environment--if you're looking for a place to party, this wouldn't be a good fit.
