The original house was built in 1897 and is centrally located blocks from Historic Downtown Littleton. All three floors have been completely renovated with detailed craftsmanship and elegant amenities for your comfort.
Included are three private bedrooms and three full baths. The upstairs suite includes private bathroom with a claw foot tub. A Double sided fireplace connects the bedroom to a private sitting area. The two bedrooms in the basement have lots of light and share a full bathroom.

This charming destination home includes a unique meditation studio with Himalayan salt rocks and fireplace. This is unlike most rentals and offers a restful and restorative home experience. There are chickens in an automated self-contained pen in the backyard. Fresh eggs are available in the morning and they have been a big hit with renters. No effort is needed on your part, as the caregiver lives across the street. Indoor house plants require weekly watering and if you so choose, that service is included in your rental rate. Also included is a single-car-garage, Internet, and cable.
Outdoors in warmer months feature a fire pit, raised vegetable garden beds, outdoor seating for 12, BBQ grill, a fountain, small pond, mosaic patio, and chaise lounge chairs.
Located one block from beautiful Sterne Park and the Memorial Rose Garden. You’ll be within walking distance to Littleton’s great restaurants, live music venues and quaint shops. The house is four blocks from Light Rail to downtown Denver’s stadium, event centers, theatres and museums.

This is such a wonderful home, with lots of charm and a spacious yard, in the heart of historic Littleton. Great location to get familiar with the Denver area - easily jump on 470 to east or west or head north up 85 to downtown. Angela has been so gracious and helpful with our transition to Denver and made us feel welcome, and encouraged us to feel at home in the house. It's only a couple minute walk to the park which was super helpful if you have a pet (we do and it was a great place for a dog). And also just a short walk to the historic part of town with lots of restaurants, bars, coffee, etc. Sometimes Corporate homes can feel absent of any personality or warmth, and that's the exact opposite of this home. Highly recommend.
