We stayed at Jennifer’s for 3 months. The townhouse is very centrally and conveniently located in University area with lots of shopping, food and groceries in walking distance. Her place is well-stocked with anything you could possibly need in the kitchen and linens, furnished beautifully, and includes the very useful amenity of laundry in the townhouse. Jennifer was very responsive throughout the stay, and promptly addressed any issues and made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend!
Nice clean townhome that’s has everything you need. The location is awesome your minutes from I-25 so commuting anywhere is easy! There are plenty of great restaurants and stores very close by. The owner is very accommodating and has quick response times if there is anything you need.
New, clean, pleasantly furnished, lots of light, nice garage. State of the art washer and dryer. The condo is equipped with everything you will need to prepare and enjoy a wonderful meal. You can have your coffee on the balcony while watching mature trees and the spire of a pretty church nearby. Convenient location, about 5 minutes from I25 and Colorado Ave, plenty of various shopping nearby. The owner is accommodating and professional. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood, as well as different activities in the fabulous Cherry Creek State Park, which is about 10-15 minutes from the condo. We would stay there again. Thank you J.

My girlfriend and I stayed with Jennifer from February to May. Her place is wonderful. Everything was very clean and tidy. There is so much space and it was a lot to clean for just two people, but that really isn't even a con. The Kitchen was massive and has tons of room from prep, cooking and storage. The mattresses in the bedrooms are a memory foam but a little on the stiffer side, which I enjoyed, very comfortable for my back. Jennifer was very nice and accommodating. Jennifer even runs a nice spa not far from this location which you should definitely ask her about! If I ever find myself back in Colorado, I will definitely check to see if Jennifer's place is available!
