This condo was wonderful! From location, (close to coffee shops, the beach and delicious restaurants) to the cleanliness of the apartment, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This apartment is very spacious with a cute outdoor patio, up to date kitchen appliances and furnishing. Emy was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay and surpassed our expectations as our landlord. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Long Beach!

This is a really great condo. Nice furnishings and like new appliances. We really enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the condo for our use. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of room to set up the computer in the extra bedroom for our office space. Emy was a great host and always quick to respond to any and all questions. If you want an updated place close the the ocean and everything else, then this is the place for you!
