Beautiful and posh, this furnished loft in Denver's RiNo Arts District will put you in the heart of it all. This spacious gem is situated in a quiet part of RiNo, yet it provides easy access to all Denver has to offer. Out the door of this gated community, you will find it walkable to a plethora of restaurants, breweries, wineries, and distilleries. It is also a quick jaunt to the light rail, with a direct route to the Airport and only one stop to Union Station. With such effortless accessibility, you are sure to experience Denver's best-kept secrets.

A historic brick building that originally made bricks, and later cable cars, was converted into gorgeous exposed brick condos with huge windows that let in an ample supply of light during our 300+ days of sunshine annually. This building houses a respectful, mature crowd (No Rowdy, Late Night Parties Here).

The master suite is in the loft, including a walk-in closet, full bath, and super comfortable King-Size bed. Also, there is a Peloton bike in the loft that is available for your use.

The guest bedroom is on the unit's first floor and has a nearby bathroom and a cushy Queen-Size bed. Both bedrooms have luxurious, high thread count Egyptian cotton linens.

On the main floor, just past the 13' tall cactus named Carlos, there is a sizeable balcony with spectacular mountain and city views. It includes a pop-up dining table, grill, and glimpses of the incredible artistic talent that graces the neighborhood.

The living room has a cozy Italian leather sofa that is nice to kick back on while watching your favorite shows on a new 65" Roku TV, complete with a Sonos surround system.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end cooking tools, including a Nespresso Coffee Machine and a Wine Cooler. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer.

The rate includes bi-weekly home cleanings.

Centrally located, this condo is under a 5-minute drive to one of Colorado's most extensive, nationally recognized healthcare systems, St. Joseph Hospital - National Jewish Health. In addition, it is approximately 1 mile to downtown's assortment of corporate HQs and offices. Boulder is reachable within 30 minutes and the Denver Tech Center (DTC) is 20 minutes away by car.

Perfectly situated for remote work, this condo is within walking distance to WeWork and other shared office spaces. Plus, there is an assortment of coffee shops in the neighborhood, with the largest being directly across the street. This large coffee shop, Improper City, has a generous indoor space and has the largest patio in Colorado, including food trucks and firepits. It is a great casual place to meet up during the day or for a little more fun as it shifts to happy hour, with 36 beers on tap, plus wine, spirits, and craft cocktails.

There is free parking available on the street. If off-street parking is needed, please inquire. There would be extra fees for added spaces, if available.

Located under 90 minutes to some of the world's best skiing and boarding, this condo is an urban paradise with ample access to an assortment of outdoor adventures, including hiking, mountain and road biking, rock climbing, rafting, or any of the other amazing Colorado scenes.
