3 BR-2 BA + a large loft upstairs, 1 BR-1 BA in the basement. The main bedroom has a walk-in closet and additional smaller closet. It is furnished with a super comfy King size bed (Helix Midnight mattress). Two additional upstairs bedrooms have twin beds (Purple mattresses) and plenty of dresser storage. The loft has a large deep Crate&Barrel; sofa, an entertainment center, and a desk with office chair. Currently, the basement is not furnished to allow for ample storage but it can be furnished with a queen bed upon request.
The home offers plenty of space to work from home (loft and basement common room). The garage is equipped with overhead storage system.
We, the owners, live minutes away and manage the property ourselves. The home comes fully equipped with kitchenware, towels, blankets. We are pet lovers ourselves. If pets will live in the property, we will charge additional $75 per month per each pet for additional wear and tear.
