The location is one mile away from Downtown Napa and half a mile away from HomeGoods. The proximity to wine tasting, dining, working out, & bike riding are incredible.

The house is peaceful, quiet, comfortable and warm in the winter or cool in the summer.

2020 was the year this home underwent a major remodel. Now there is a new open kitchen with beautiful LG appliances, LG washer & dryer, energy efficient windows and patio door, floors have been resurfaced or replaced, Heating and Cooling system were changed and a Nest thermostat added, the roof was replaced and solar panels installed along with a battery back up and fast Juice EV charger. The battery keeps the food cold and internet on during power outages.

The furnishings are comfortable and you will find the beds just right. The first guests loved them so much that they asked me where to purchase them. The barstools in the kitchen are luxurious and you will not want to part from them. The countertops are quartzite from Africa and have a nice energy to them. The features in the new kitchen will make any meal, work assignment, or social gathering the place to be.

Outside the landscaping was changed, so that now there is a nice lawn, roses, LED lights, vegetables depending on the season, lemon trees, and ornaments. DG and flagstone were added for a nice walkway. One side of the house has an open yard for pets to stretch or do their thing.

The keyless entry is nice, LED lights on the exterior, and plenty of storage in the two car garage.

The neighbors are super friendly and the neighborhood is safe for walking around at night time with your dog. Camille Park is close by and it has a one mile loop inside of it.
