There is ample dishware, cookware, and silverware in the kitchen and all necessary linens for the bedrooms, baths, and pool. Villa del Sol is ideally suited for Arizona outdoor living and entertaining. Large sliding glass doors lead from the dining room, living room, and master bedroom to an additional 900 square feet of covered patio, including an outdoor kitchen and dining area, all enclosed by a privacy wall. There is a second uncovered walled patio in front of the house that looks out on the community's large pool and ramada. Enjoy morning sun on the front patio, afternoon shade on the covered rear patio, or step across the street and lounge by the pool at any time.

In addition to its convenient location near Rural Road, Villa del Sol is peaceful, quiet, and secure, as there is no through traffic. The front entrance and walled yard have locked gates for peace of mind; the exterior is attractively landscaped with desert plants, using xeriscape principles. Immediately across from the property is a large pool and ramada. Given the small size of the Casa Legante neighborhood, it is not uncommon to find that you have the pool facilities, which include rest rooms, to yourself. Whether sitting on the patios or at the pool, you are more likely to hear birds singing than traffic noise.

Centrally located, Villa del Sol is two blocks north of the Superstition Freeway (the 60). Sky Harbor is only 10 minutes away, whether via the 60 and I-10 or the Red Mountain Freeway (the 202). Major Valley business and tech centers, such as Skysong, are close by, as is Mesa Community College. The Tempe Center for the Arts, ASU’s Gammage Auditorium, and the Mesa Arts Center provide ready access to performances of all kinds. Recreation abounds—Tempe Town Lake and Beach Park and the Kiwanis park and golf course are both minutes away, and South Mountain hiking trails are nearby. Walking and biking paths radiate from Tempe in every direction.

Closer to home, Villa del Sol is within walking distance of the excellent facilities of the Tempe Public Library complex, which includes a museum, arts center, and recreation center. Shopping, including a Fry’s supermarket, CVS drugstore, and Walmart, is three blocks away.

Villa del Sol also is convenient to multiple public transportation options. There is a Valley Metro bus stop within a block that connects to the Valley Metro light rail. The free Tempe Orbit buses stop at the Library; the Jupiter route goes directly to the ASU campus.
