The Victorian is 3,200 sq ft and located at 109 Pawnee Avenue in Manitou Springs, CO 80829. The first floor is handicapped accessible for non-motorized wheel chairs with a queen bedroom and ada bathroom ensuite. The main level's open floor plan has the living room accessing the dining room with seating for 14 adults, fully stocked kitchen, TV room with shelves of games and laundry. The second floor has 1 twin bedroom, 3 queen bedrooms and the master king bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is also a hallway bathroom. A 12' x 24' deck facing the backyard is at the end of the hallway. The top floor (with sloped ceilings) has a hallway bathroom with tub/shower, a bedroom with two double beds and a bedroom with two twin beds.

The 1/4 acre backyard offers privacy and is a great outdoor gathering space, handicapped accessible with electric lighting. The water feature runs late May through October. The outdoor kitchen has a gas grill with granite counter-tops, gas fireplace, outdoor dining area for 32 and leisure seating for 8. In addition, there is a gazebo with electricity and the original Manitou jail, a basketball area, horse shoe pits and children’s play set. There is also an outdoor fire pit with seating for 10 for when the city allows open fires. The Manitou Springs Elementary School with track, basketball courts and community playground and Library where free concerts are held on Tuesday nights are across the street . The city also hosts a band in Soda Springs Park on Monday nights, also within easy walking distance.
