House is in a quiet setting on a wooded lot with other communities a good stone's throw away. Off-street parking under the 300 sq foot deck. Washer and Dryer is in the garage below the suite and may be used. Iron and full size ironing board in the suite as well as a vacuum.

Studio has close access to I-64. NNSY and Chesapeake General Hospital are both about 20 minutes away while Norfolk NOB and NSA are about 35 minutes away and Langley / NASA is about 40 minutes away via I-664.
