Littleton Furnished Rental with Gym - Corporate Housing Rental - 24820

As a recent transplant to Denver, we were looking for a short term lease on a fully furnished house in a good neighbourhood. Most apartment communities in the vicinity either don't do short term leases or are not furnished. This property is in a safe locality for families, has good walking trails, park and an indoor garage which was perfect for winters. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need. It has all the utensils, spice rack, kitchen appliances, mugs, baking utilities, etc. Whatever you need, they have stocked it already. The internet speed was good and reliable and the house comes with electricity and trash included. Everything in the condo was new like sheets, napkins, comforters, rugs, etc. The condo has all the latest electronic equipments like TV, smart lights, sound speakers, microwave, ovens, etc. The TV even has netflix, prime subscription provided by the owner. The rooms are spacious with huge master room closet, storage areas and is kept clean. There is also an outdoor furnished patio with plenty of natural light which we didn't use much because of winters. The owner is very friendly and helped us a lot during our initial move. The leasing agents are also friendly, would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to live in a luxurious furnished condo.

We needed a location in the Denver area for medical reasons and had to stay close to UC Health in Aurora due to daily visits that were required for my husband’s bone marrow transplant.. The owner was very accommodating to our situation and became a friend through our ordeal. The condo was perfect with the two bedrooms and two baths because my husband needed 24-7 care, so being able to have family stay with him when needed was a big help. Everything in the condo is new, with high end appliances and the beds in both bedrooms are very comfortable. There is ample storage space and having a walk-in closet in the Master bedroom was great. There is an outdoor patio with gas grills two doors down from the condo, so it is very convenient for get together outdoors when the weather is good. There also is a work out room on the third floor and having a parking space for your car in the garage is awesome. The location in Littleton was perfect. It is a very safe neighborhood and the walking trails in the area are awesome. The condo is fully equipped with everything you would need for an extended stay. We highly recommend staying at this condo.
