This place is clean modern and new! Very comfortable and stylish. However. Plan to budget on not getting your full deposit back. With a hefty deposit of 1500 dollars. You will need to plan on budgeting some of this in. So if you don’t plan on stay for more than a couple months keep this in mind. For example being blamed for structural damage that has nothing to do with the renter. I.e loose door knobs that would not have been installed correctly by the builder. As well as patio furniture being destroyed by outdoor animals. When living in a place that is having daily use some wear and tear may occur. Which would be fair to take from a deposit. However structural issues and environment should not be deducted.

Hello, wanted to clear up the comment(s) on the deposit. Reminder that the deposit differed somewhat to what is posted on the listing here on CHBO, as agreed with tenants. Your deposit did consist of 1500 dollars (1400 refundable and 100 non refundable for your pet). Although we did not initially allow pets, we made an exception so long as the 100 dollars was as a non refunded fee/deposit. Further, as noted on the CHBO listing, there is a 100 dollar cleaning fee charged on departure/move out. This leaves you with 1300 dollar balance. We are not sure what structural damage you are speaking of as we had none. The unit was provided in top form with everything functioning, including door knobs. Unit was over a year old at that point, issue with door knobs is not builder related but more than likely user related. Patio furniture we are not sure of how it was destroyed. You and roommate initially reported some of the damage and graciously said go ahead and deduct from deposit. As we cleaned and walked the unit we noticed even more damage to patio furniture so that was taken into account and deducted. It should not have been a surprise. We did our best to be the gracious understanding landlords. We provided additional small kitchen appliances when mentioned, responded to any/all issues that arose during your stay in a timely manner, and allowed access to unit a couple days more than paid for to assist with holding luggage and the like. We never questioned visitors, even though they should have been announced when staying. We had negligent damage to comforters/sheets, dishes and dish ware. Further we had to clean the unit twice due to lack of cleanliness for the almost 3 months. In conclusion from the 1300 balance we refunded 860 dollars. We used 440 dollars to assist in rectifying the wear and tear and replacement of some items that could not be washed/cleaned.
