You'll have the entire place without sharing; Two(2) Bedrooms, One(1) Bathroom. Full kitchen. 1 designated parking slot at the driveway. You should access at the front of the garage door to park, and don’t block the wood gate as it is the neighbor‘s driveway. Car will be towed if ever.
