The home is across the street from Galveston Bay. We are about 2 miles to the Kemah Boardwalk, Walmart, Target, several grocery stores and many restaurants. It is in an eclectic neighborhood with multi-million-dollar homes and more modest homes. There is on-site parking. There is a pool and spa to use in summer months. Neither are heated. The outdoor screened room and patio are available to all occupants of the house. Smoking is allowed in the screened room only. Unit comes with a mini split to control the guest's own
