There is a minimum stay of six months. Should a tenant agree to a longer stay, a discount will be given. Month 1-6 $3,500. You will need to apply via the Briar Bay website and the leasing tab. The HOA makes the decision. https://briarbay.org/leasing/ The application fee is $200.
There is a $25 security deposit. $1000 goes to the HOA and $1500 goes to the property owner. It will all be returned minus cleaning at the end of the lease.
