My husband and I are from the US Virgin Islands and were forced to leave the island after the two Category 5 hurricanes so we could continue running our business. We were lucky enough to find this property and we stayed in the condo from October 1, 2017 through January 10, 2018. We are going to have to travel for several months and I wish I could pack this condo in my bag and take it every where with me. It was so comfortable, quiet, spacious and well appointed. The extra office space made it so easy for both my husband and I to work comfortably. The grill was a great bonus. The location of the condo was also very convenient to restaurants and shopping and there is a great sports bar right next door. Kevin and his wife could not have been better hosts. If we ever need short term accommodations, we hope this condo is available.

My company rented this apartment for several months to accommodate commuting executives. The unit is spacious and well planned; the layout is very comfortable. The furnishings and amenities were excellent, and the location was so convenient to the office as well as close to great west-side restaurants. Kevin was attentive and easy to work with. It was a strong win-win for our company.

Our family had the opportunity to stay at this condo for 2 months. The place was perfect for us and the office was a complete bonus! The neighborhood is very quite and well maintained. Kevin and family were very accommodating and gracious hosts. The location is awesome and is close to all the best West Des Moines has to offer.

My wife and I lived in the condo from April to November 2012 and had a wonderful stay. The condo is very spacious, fully-furnished and was perfect for us and for several visits by family, including children. The facilities were excellent, everything that we could possibly need. The study was an extra not found in most 2 BR units. Of much importance, we never heard any noise from any of our neighbors, who were all welcoming and cheerful to meet. The surroundings of the condo are pleasant, with grass and garden, and parking garages not too prominent. The landlord, Kevin, was extremely helpful on all occasions and went out of his way to assist on any topic, be it concerned with the condo, or what to do and see in Des Moines. He even wanted to supply us with replacements for burned-out light bulbs! Internet + cable + telephone service were perfect. The pool is close-by, well maintained and is usually quiet and not over-populated ? our visiting kids loved every minute they spent there. The situation of the condo is perfect ? as others have noted, close to all the important places in West Des Moines, which in our opinion is THE place to live in the Des Moines area. In conclusion, as we were looking for a furnished 2 BR, we firmly believe that we found the very best available in the whole area.

I enjoyed my stay at Stoneridge apartments. I stayed there from April 2010 to February 2011 in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Kevin was a great Lessor accommodating every situation afforded with remarkable flexibility, unlike the other Corporate Housing properties I could have selected. The apartment was exactly like the pictures taken; it was very well lit just by the sunlight, had plenty of room, included washer and dryer units, an outdoor grill, stainless steel appliances and storage space. It was comfortable with all the household, kitchen, grilling and linens needed for a long term stay. The other conveniences of this apartment were it was close to all local attractions; fifteen minutes from Downtown Des Moines, twenty five minutes from the airport and within ten minutes of both Jordan Creek and Valley West Malls. It is only thirty minutes from Merle Hay Mall. I strongly recommend any long term business traveler look into this apt for your stay. I would definitely stay here again. I only left due to the completion of the project I was working on in the Des Moines Area. Jacqueline Nembhard

We had the opportunity of staying at this property for two months and we just loved it. It is located in a very safe neighborhood with the Jordan Creek Mall just 10 min by car. There are plenty of stores very close by. This area has many different trails and we certainly enjoy 6 to 8 miles of jogging every day and rarely repeated the same route. The apartment looks better than the pictures and it is very spacious with all commodities included. the landlord was very helpful all the time and he was even available to meet us at the property after we arrived with 3 hours delay (10 pm). I will certainly rent this property again without a doubt. Outstanding.
