I rented this unit from September 2010 until March 2011. It quickly became my "home" as my new house was being built. With four bedrooms, a living room and a den there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and have their own space. The condo was well maintained and very clean. Dan and Robin responded immediately to any request, which were at a minimum, because the property was in great condition. For example I wanted the DVR package be added to the Cable package so I could record programs if I was away.(Surely, not something I expected, but I felt with this excellent customer service team, I could request and they would check into.) Pronto, Dan was there installing the DVR. Location is excellent, being blocks away from the best shopping in the area. A great variety of restaurant are within minutes of this unit! But the unit is isolated enough, that it is very quiet with plenty of parking. I have had numerous experiences with corporate type housing and this was far away the best value I have ever found, and the customer service "can do attitude" is unequalled. Contact this owner and you will not be disappointed!

Don't plan on getting a deposit back!!! I had my suspicions when we moved in and they said it would take 90 days to get the deposit back. After no communication from owners I called and inquired about the Deposit and they had decided to keep deposit based off the fact people were smoking outside! They had found traces of cigarettes in the trash, so don't throw things away in the trash just throw them down outside. I assumed the lease was for inside house not outside. After contacting owner I was told I would be getting information from them about the reason for not getting deposit back. Its been 6 months and still no phone call from them. Renter Beware!!

Owners Response - Potential renters, please read - In response to Mr Gehring's review: I had no intentions to reply to his review but, after much thought, it isn't fair to get a bad review based on lies. Please be advised that we did, in fact, let this party know immediately after the 30 day waiting period after his departure (& as it states in the lease) that he would not be getting his deposit back. (*We do have to wait at least 30 days for all cable, phone & internet charges to come in on the final bill.) As every lease (we write & each client signs all 4 pages of) states, you agree to the following statements: We do not rent to smokers, There is No Smoking on the premises, inside or out and Smoking is an immediate forfeiture of your entire deposit. The lease also states that - in addition to this forfeiture - you will also be responsible for extra charges & cleaning fees, etc which we DID NOT pursue after this client's departure. What he did not share in his review is that cigarette butts were also found in the kitchen trash can lid, the sink garbage disposal as well as a full pack under a bed in one bedroom. The worst find was our tan micro-fiber sectional sofa that had 2 burns on it from his party. In regards to his comment about them smoking outside, that was absolutely false. They burned 2 cushions on our (less than one year old) sectional. An important fact to consider: Many people with allergies cannot tolerate the effects left behind from smoking & most pets. This comes back on my company long after you are gone. We also do not want the risk of someone burning our place own being careless with smoking indoors. We are very upfront & very specific and direct in our initial conversation & we ask you to confirm that no one smokes & there are no pets (unless agreed otherwise on pets). It is not "Renter Beware". Rather it is - Renter Be Wise & Be Honest. All of the other reviewers had no problem following the lease & getting their deposit back. Read the other reviews. We DO go above & beyond for everyone! In conclusion, to any potential renters: If anyone in your party smokes please do not even contact us. There are other places that will accept smokers. Thank you!

Following the sale of our house, we needed a short-term lease before moving out of state. Condos In Cool Springs was a great solution! Dan and Robin set the apartment up perfectly to meet the needs of our family, including a home office for my business. We highly recommend their services!!

We rented this unit for a little over 3 months and have nothing but great things to say about the place itself, the location and especially the family that owns and takes care of the place and the tenants. They we wonderful and I'd highly recommend renting from them.

Stayed at this property during CMA Fest. Our original resort was flooded out and we were unable to stay at that property. We had invested in tickets that required us to stay 2 weeks. With cleaning outfits from all over the country in town and a number of hotel guests misplaced due to the flooding in May we were up a creek so to speak. I had been in contact with Dan and Robin in an attempt to find a place that was more then a hotel room. We didn't know them but they really went out of their way and tried to find us a place. Finally we decided that we would rent the property for the month even though we would only be in town for 2 weeks. The location is great, Brentwood/Franklin area, just south of Nashville. Loved the area. The must haves that I look for in a place to stay are laundry (yes, I do laundry on vacation), kitchen, pool and at least 2 bedrooms. The 1 car garage was a plus as well. Kudos for Dan and Robin for helping us out. Great people, great hospitality. Everything was completely furnished and stocked up. Robin also goes out of her way to make things personable for your stay. Must be that southern hospitality. Thanks again Dan and Robin.
