We moved to the States from Europe and needed a home that was furnished and comfortable for our family of four. Sandra provided just that! The house was beautiful, the school district was top-tier, and the home came equipped with all the things we needed to get through our days. Sandra was always quick to respond if ever there was a problem (infrequent as they were), and often went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. We felt very safe and at home in the neighborhood, loved the quiet cul-de-sac and the convenience of being near the highway, mall, and grocery stores. Our experience renting from Sandra for over 2 years was lovely, and I would definitely recommend this home for any family looking for a beautiful, welcoming place to live.

My family of 5 needed temporary housing in north Atlanta for the month of June 2015. We felt very fortunate to find a fully furnished house in Roswell and having the house in an area so conveniently located to Highway 400 (major highway), Northpointe Mall and the new Avalon shopping area. We felt as though it was almost too good to be true. Our arrival was delayed by 3 days and Sandra was more than understanding. We were arriving late in the evening and she offered to get any supplies we may need for the next morning. The house is in a well established, quiet golf community. The house sits in a quiet cul-du-sac and was ever so peaceful. The house itself couldn't have been more lovely. It was beautifully and lovingly furnished and it really felt as if we were at home during our stay. Every item (dishes, silverware, tupperware, pots, pans, sheets, towels, etc) and convenience (cable and internet) are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, blender and anything else you would need to make life easier. Sandra was always delightful and went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed in the house. My family and I truly enjoyed our time in the Roswell house and will stay there again (if available) in the future.

When our house burned down we were very lucky to find a home that was fully equipped and furnished. Sandra worked with our insurance company and we were able to move in 2 days after the fire. She was very helpful with any information we needed from her about the house. We found the house very comfortable and well maintained. I would highly recommend renting from her. The community was safe and welcoming and close to major routes to work and entertainments.

Have lived here for an entire year and have had a fantastic time in this property. A 4 bedroom house extremely well maintained by the owner, Sandra, who is very professional and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything works. We are a family of 4 but it comfortably accommodates 5 people. The living room/kitchen with porch overlooking the golf course is simply outanding. This house in Roswell offers the best of both worlds. Quiet because it's in a cul-de-sac within a very well maintained golf course, and amazing facilities a stone's throw away; Publix, Kroger and The Fresh Market (5 min), North Point Mall (8 min), GA 400 (10 min). Needless to say, the property is fully equipped so you truly feel at home the minute you walk through the door.

I am more than happy to write a review for the property located at Crescent Ridge Drive from an agent's point of view. I have been selling real estate for 32 years in Atlanta and am very familiar with Willow Springs Subdivision. First of all, the location is wonderful and convenient to most everything. Having Ga. 400 only minutes away is a big plus for getting to Buckhead and downtown as well as the airport. Schools are extremely good in this area as well. I have many clients who want to be in this subdivision for all the amenities that it provides. It is impossible to find a subdivision in this price range with it's own golf course, clubhouse, etc. The fee to join is a big plus as well. The range of pricing and the wonderful variety of houses make this subdivision very sought after. I have personally known the landlord for over 50 years and can speak very well for the fact that she is very friendly, responsible, and will follow through with anything necessary to provide a nice living environment for the tenants.

We have leased the property at 10315 Crescent Ridge Dr. Roswell Ga. for the past 6 months. The house met our needs as a corporate rental and has been a very pleasant home for our family to stay in. We really enjoyed the very safe neighborhood and community, the golf course setting and the outdoor living space. The house is spacious and well appointed. The location is central to most areas and has many activities for families close by.

Sandra has been an excellent landlord, very pleasant and attentive to our needs and any minor issues which arose.

In summary, I recommend this property as a warm and pleasant home to lease for any family.
