We had a great time staying in the unit for 6 months. the location was great and easy to get to, the building and neighborhood is nice and feels safe. Anna was very responsive to any of our needs, very gracious and easy landlord to work with. the unit had everything we needed and we were very comfortable there. the parking was very comfortable and we had room for our 2 cars.

I stayed in this apartment for almost 2 years and Anna always made me feel at home. She regularly checked on me and was reliable and very easy to contact. Anna has stocked the place very thoughtfully with everything needed to live comfortably. The unit is very cozy, safe and clean and I never had any problems. All the amenities are up to date and I never had any problems. It is conveniently located near Downtown and Pasadena, and it is very close to the USC Health Science campus which makes it a perfect location for students like me. The neighbors are very friendly and it is overall a great building to live in. I leased the apartment based on the pictures and it was exactly as advertised. My stay here is a memorable one and it went by very smoothly. I definitely recommend this place and I wish I could stay longer!

We enjoyed our stay at the unit very much. Location was great- very convenient to both downtown L.A. and Pasadena. Beautiful and friendly hilltop neighborhood is nice for walking. Parking garage is a real bonus. Building is well maintained. Pool area is nice, too! The condo is very bright and airy, well furnished, stylish and comfortable, as well as quiet. Updated bathrooms are beautiful and spa-like. Unit is very well stocked with just about everything you could need- linens, towels, dishes and cleaning supplies. Anna, the owner, has prepared everything very thoughtfully and is great to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for 2 months and had a great experience. The place is in a safe and quiet area that is close to both Downtown LA and Pasadena. The pictures provided for the unit are accurate. The pricing is great for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. The landlord Anna is friendly, honest and very easy to contact. We did not have any issues while staying here but she checked on us to ensure that we were having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this property.
