Deluxe Condo in Excellent Location - Corporate Housing Rental - 9329

As a travel nurse this place was perfect. The location was walking distance to many parks, downtown walnut creek, and the bart (which takes you downtown). The community is wonderful by providing a safe, quiet, and very clean atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the ability to use the amenities the complex had to offer including the free parking, gym, and pools. The condo itself was spacious enough for the two of us and provided great natural light and was quiet at night to get a great night's rest. There is no need to bring anything besides clothes and toiletries. We had more than enough to not need a thing to cook or even clean. Alan was very reliable and a wonderful host. I felt he was always available if there was anything we needed. If I had another assignment in the bay I would rent this place in a heart beat. I had no complaints

Alan is trustworthy which was very important to me and very accommodating to my needs of a place to stay for a few months while my new place was being built. This condo has everything you need from pots and pans to coffee maker to a blender, linens and even a cupboard full of an array of spices. You won't be missing a thing. It is located on a pretty street lined with other nice apartment buildings. A fifteen minute walk to down town Walnut Creek and a two minute drive to freeway access. There are shops and two grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. Its on the top floor and very quiet surrounding neighbors. You won't go wrong making this your temporary place of stay.

This place has everything you could need for a short stay and is comfortable enough for a long stay. Great location, great kitchen, porch in a nice condo comnplex with lots of ammenities. Alan is a great landlord and makes sure your needs are taken care of. All for a great price. Not a single complaint.
