Professional Photography Shoot Terms and Policy

Corporate Housing by Owner, Inc. wishes to ensure we meet your photographic requirements and towards that end, we have found understanding what to expect is essential. Becoming familiar with these terms and conditions is helpful in making this possible. Some terms may vary depending on the photo assignment.

The Process

CHBO will send out a 'CHBO certified' photographer that will meet you at the property on a date and time agreed upon by a CHBO representative, the customer and the photographer.

The photographer will take photographs of the property, inside and out and the square footage of the property will determine the number of pictures to be provided, to be indicated prior to the shoot. The photography session should normally last no more than 1 hour.
 
Optional but recommended in order to receive the “CHBO verified owner designation” on the owner’s profile, CHBO suggests including a picture of the owner/manager.

Once the shoot is complete, delivery of the edited photographs typically will be sent to the customer within 3-5 days. CHBO will upload these photographs to the appropriate property listing. The customer will have the ability to rearrange the order of the images. CHBO will email the customer a link to the images maybe downloaded for future use by the customer as desired.

Payment

Full payment must be received prior to photography shoot being scheduled. All payments are made via the CHBO website.

Cancellations and Noshow

Should the customer need to cancel, CHBO must receive notice within 2 business days of the date of purchase. No cancellation or refund will be honored within 48hrs of the photo shoot scheduled time. Please submit all cancellations via the contact us form. Re-shoots can be scheduled by using the contact us form. There will be a $200 charge for re-shoots.

Rescheduling, Cancellations and Refunds : Should Client need to modify or cancel a confirmed appointment for any reason, Client is responsible for notifying CHBO no later than 5PM Mountain Standard Time 2 business day prior to the appointment. If Client modifies or cancels an appointment after 5:00PM Mountain Standard Time the day prior to the appointment, a Late Notice Fee of $150 will be assessed. This Late Notice Fee applies to reschedules, cancellations and postponements for any reason. On-site cancellations, no-shows and notice given within an hour of the appointment will result in full charge for Photography Package (PPS). Requests for refunds made by 8:00pm Mountain Standard Time on the day prior to the scheduled appointment will be processed in full without a fee.
