Hello! I'm originally from Venezuela but I have been living and working in Houston for the past 8 years. I love meeting people from different countries/cultures and I think having my property at CHBO is a great opportunity for that. I'm passionate about the world and its affairs and I speak English, Spanish, French and some German. I also understand a lot of Portuguese. I work in the energy industry as a Contracts Analyst. I'm also a private Spanish tutor part-time. My property listed here was my home for about a year and I have been renting it out ever since. The house was only built in 2014 so it is practically new and was not affected by Hurricane Harvey thankfully. I'm a firm believer that communication is the key to successful people so please do not hesitate to ask me any questions related to my property.
