I lived at this house for years.
I got married to my wonderful wife, Amber, and needed a bigger space so we started renting it as a short term rental. The best part of this house is the Location. You can literally walk everywhere downtown. I wanted downtown living, but I was not in love with the older Victorian style homes commonly found in downtown Colorado Springs. Just personal taste. This has the best of both worlds. It is also a scarcity to find a home this size in the downtown area.
