Hello!
My name is Jackson and I look forward to having you stay at Blockton.
Michael (co-owner) and I are two friends who played soccer together at the U.S. Naval Academy and found ourselves stationed in San Diego after graduation. We wanted to buy a house in California and found this awesome property in Vista last year. We added a new gas furnace and air conditioning, installed solar, and upgraded the backyard - our favorite upgrade being the backyard shaded sitting area behind the TV room.
Due to our alternating deployment schedules, we made the decision to list it as a short term rental.
We've made sure to furnish it with everything you could possibly need. We love this house and hope you do too.
