I am from the Nashville area and Carol and I bought this house about a year ago as I went back to work in Nashville. Carol is in the military and we have in place in Austin, TX where we currently live. With Covid-19, I am no longer needing to be in Nashville for work on a regular basis so we just finished the cosmetic changes to the house and decided to lease out for now as we really want to keep this unique house long term. We also manage other long term rental properties and Airbnb properties in TN and SC, so we have over 5 years of experience and always receive great reviews on our short term rentals.
