CHBO’s Platinum Package offers every available feature CHBO offers at the best possible value to our advertisers. A CHBO rep will be assigned for the life of your account. Are you interested in becoming a CHBO Platinum Package holder? Here’s how the process works.

After purchasing a Platinum Package subscription, one of our CHBO representatives will contact you to discuss your rental property and schedule the professional on-site photography session. To capture your property in the best possible light, we try to schedule our photography sessions during sunny weather. The photo shoot process will take about an hour to complete, under normal circumstances. CHBO will reach out to coordinate the photo shoot time.

Our CHBO certified photographer will also verify the property location, the furnishings and capture an image of the property representative which will complete the certification process. When editing of the photos is complete (normally about 1 to 2 business days), the CHBO staff will add the CHBO Certified watermark to each photo, create a YouTube video and add the photos to your CHBO listing.

CHBO staff will add the CHBO Certified logo to your listing which will display the date the property was photographed and that the location and the owner/manager were verified. After this step is complete, our team of writers will create an original property listing description (normally within 3 to 7 business days). When the description is complete, CHBO will insert it into the listing. Your listing will then be reviewed by us with your input for accuracy and then go live on the CHBO website. All that’s left for you to do is wait for great renters!
