CHBO has worked hard to establish awareness among corporations, who frequently utilize corporate housing, of the CHBO by virtue of its abundant inventory of corporate housing options. To demonstrate our belief in the high caliber of our tenant leads, CHBO guarantees that Silver, Gold and Platinum advertising package listings, will rent in the first thirty days from the time the property listing is activated to the public or CHBO will extend the annual listing for an additional six months from the original expiration date, at no additonal cost. The Monthly listing package and Bronze annual listing package are excluded from this guarantee.
To fulfill this guarantee, simply contact us through the online contact form, within 60 days of the property activation date. Provide the CHBO property ID number and a property specialist will review your listing, provide recommendations (if needed) and extend your annual listing an additional six months. Our goal is help you get your property rented.
