This helps streamline the process to make renting a furnished property easier than ever. This program also assures the guest is provided the best experience while renting a CHBO property. CHBO will assist in creating your listing and get the property advertisement setup.

CHBO Complete is a quality seal that identifies properties that meet or exceed the minimum standards as set by the corporate housing industry and anticipated by the standard corporate housing resident.

You’re approved! A lease agreement will be sent to you via DocuSign for signature and initial payment is made. You are ready for move in. Finally, once the rental application is reviewed by the property owner and CHBO agent, you will receive a credit / background application by TransUnion. All reservations include Property Protection by CHBO.
