The following payment details are related to reservations generated from the CHBO Rental Program.
Rent payments on new reservations:
* If a tenant moves in during the month, the owner will receive the pro-rated rent, move-out clean fee, pet fee, etc. in that month. Rent for the next month will be paid in the next month.
* Payments are electronically initiated on Wednesdays once funds have cleared and their move-in has been confirmed.
For example, move-ins from Tuesdays to Mondays will be paid on the following Wednesday if conditions have been met.
* Fraud protection policies may delay first-time payments to an account.
* ACH banking details must be provided with photo/screenshot documentation of the account number in order for payments to be sent.
To double-check or update this information:
- Login to your CHBO portal.
- Scroll your mouse over the “CHBO Rental Program” dropdown.
- Click “Payment Methods.”
Rent payments on existing reservations:
* Payments will be initiated by the 10th of the month and may be slightly delayed if a bank holiday slows the funds from clearing.
* The payment issued will be for the current month.
** Please note that commission is collected on all funds collected from tenants, except for insurance claims.
OWNER STATEMENTS ARE EMAILED THE DAY AFTER THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN INITIATED, WHICH IS USUALLY THE SAME DAY FUNDS HIT BANK ACCOUNTS.
