Can I opt-out of the CHBO Rental Program at any time?

If there is not a current tenant in the rental property, you can give CHBO a 45-day notice to Opt-Out of the Rental Program. If there is a current tenant/lease in place, you must wait for the tenant to vacate the property before you can opt-out of the program.
