These properties are selected by CHBO, vetted and verified to ensure a positive guest experience from beginning to end. CHBO manages communication with renters, creates the rental agreement, sends tenant screening and collects payment. Here are several features of the CHBO Rental Program:
- Our furnished rentals are CHBO Complete to ensure guests have everything then need CHBO Complete
- Properties are Vetted for your safety and security. All properties in the CHBO rental program have been visited by CHBO to ensure. Our Photographers take the photos to ensure what you see is what you will find upon arrival. Property Owners are required to provide proof of ownership
- Property Owners sign a contact with CHBO to allow us to manage the rental process for them.
- Property owners are educated on the needs of extended stay travelers to ensure your needs are met during the stay.
CHBO makes booking a property seamless
Register on CHBO as a renter for a free account. This will allow you to track all your stays, payments and give a notice/extension of your stay. To search CHBO Rental Program Properties click here: Rental Program Furnished Rentals
- Click "Apply to Rent" in the selected listing to complete an application
- All renters over 18 staying in the property will receive Tenant Screening from Smartmove for completion
- The rental agreement is sent securely for vitural signature via DocuSign.
- Payment is made securely via the CHBO portal. Company checks, ACH Transfer or credit cards are accepted
