ARDP versus Security Deposits, what should I do?

CHBO offers Accidental Rental Damage Protection (ARDP).  This is a service that many property owners and companies are choosing to use in lieu of collecting a security deposit.  It protects your property against damages that may be incurred during a guests stay. Many renters prefer this option because they pay a small monthly fee instead of a large security deposit up front. Property owners like it because they do not have to put the security deposit into escrow and then worry about how much to give back to the renter after their stay.  If any damages occur they simply file a claim through CHBO without having to negotiate with the renter over the cost of the damage.  If you have more questions about ARDP please feel free to contact a CHBO team member for more information
