Log in, go to My listings off the pull down menu to the right of your name, On that page look right and find the Edit column and click on the pencil icon. There will be tabs for adding the property information, on the top there will be a set of Green tabs and one will say Replace Property, click on that, it will ask you to pay $50, when you have done so it will allow you to place the new property information in, complete that and activate the new property. The new listing will take over the old listings subscription. The old listing will be saved in the account for future use by purchasing a renewal package.
