Does CHBO provide insurance if guests violate any rules?

Yes. CHBO provides an optional rental protection for landlords to providedtheir guests called Accidental Rental Damage Protection (ARDP). We also provide rental coverage called ARRK for all reservations via the CHBO Rental Program. 

Accidental Rental Damage Protection would not protect liability, bed bugs and personal belongings.
