Yes, when an advertiser/property owner makes their property inactive it will not appear on any searches on the CHBO website. This can be done by logging into the users MYCHBO dashboard where you have the ability to activate or inactivate your property listing(s) at any time during the annual subscription. We normally recommend simply updating your calendar to reflect that you have an occupant. However if you secure a six to a year lease, you may want to inactivate your listing until a month or two before they are to vacate. At that time you can reactive you’re listing to let potential renters know of the upcoming availability.
