With a bulk owner subscription you have the ability to add unlimited listings. However if you wish to stay within the Bulk rate you contracted for only the permitted number of properties should be active. You can activate more than your contract but there will be an additional fee charged for exceeding the contract allotment. Initially from the “My listing” menu, click the button to “add a new listing”. Create the listing in full and then you can add the next one. You must complete each listing before another listing can be added.

Once you have added all your listings, manage which listing's you would like Active based on the Bulk contract agreement. Initially all listings will be Active. To de-activate a listing click on the green “yes” under the Active column for that property, it will turn to a red “No” and a pop up will appear for you to confirm this action. As you lease a property you can de-activate it, if you wish, and activate another by clicking on the red “No” under the Active column and confirm re-activation on the pop up.
