- Log into your dashboard.
- Click on My Listings.
- Click Request a Review under Reviews (5th column from the left).
- Enter the email address of your renter/guest and edit the comment if needed.
- This will send your renter an email with a photo of your property with a link they can easily click and give your property a 1 to 5 STAR rating and they will be able to add their comments. The renter must be registered and logged into CHBO to submit the review.
The review will then be submitted for CHBO approval which can take up to 48 hours for approval. Once the approval process is complete, an email will be sent to the advertiser informing you of the new review. As the advertiser, you have the option to make a comment to the review.
