How long can I stay in corporate housing?

Corporate housing is designed for mid-term and long-term stays, so the length is flexible. Most guests stay:

• 30 days to 12 months

• Some properties allow shorter stays (7–14 days) depending on local regulations

• Many offer extended agreements for 6–24 months if needed

Whether you’re relocating, traveling for work, between homes, or managing an insurance claim, you can usually stay as long as you need, as long as availability and local rules allow.
