Below are some options when you are not ready to renew your package:
1. CHBO will save the listing for future use at no cost. Contact CHBO to save the listing.
2. If you want to use another property for the listing, CHBO has an option to swap out for a $50 fee.
But consider why you should renew the listing package when the property is booked:
That is a great question we get a lot. The listing should remain active with a subscription even when the property is not available. This is an ongoing marketing effort where you are always advertising for furture tenants. Keeping the listing active helps with SEO and other marketing efforts CHBO does for your listing. So please consider renewing the listing even when it is booked. CHBO offers the option to pause the package upgrades when applicable so you can start and stop when needed.
