The 'pass' option with housing request leads is an indicator to CHBO and the client that you are not interested in responding to the request for whatever reason. When you pass a lead request, CHBO will ask the reason why you are passing. This feedback helps us evaluate the process. Please use this option for all leads if you are not interested in responding.
The 'pending' status means the rental lead is open for responses from property providers the housing request was sent to.
The 'closed' status means the client has closed the request. This normally means they found housing. No further contact to the client is allowed.
