Corporate Housing can be rented by anyone. Traditionally, it is for those business travelers using corporate housing while doing a temporary assignment or relocating. Due to the extended stay, it makes more sense financially and is more comfortable to rent a furnished home versus living in a hotel. The Corporate Housing Providers Association reports for the seventh successive year, relocation was the largest reason for using corporate housing in the US at 33%. Project/Training was the second most cited use of corporate housing in 2017.
