How to file an ARDP claim


Claims must be started up to 10 days after the coverage end date. To begin a claim, email CHBO with your Policy number, Coverage Holder name and date of purchase. CHBO will initiate the claim process and follow up with you to collect details needed for the claim. This is a reimbursement program so all items damaged need to be replaced with proof of payment. Before and after photographs may be needed to verify damage.
