Property Owner Rental

Dear property owner:
You are entering a joint partnership with CHBO. Your property should be CHBO exclusive and no other marketing should be necessary.
Once you enter your property into the platinum rental program (PRP) CHBO will work one on one with you to keep your property rented over 90% of the year.

What is required to get step up with CHBO?

• Property location must be approved by the CHBO approval team
• Must have the CHBO platinum package to participate
• 12% fee on all income processed through CHBO
• Background check on property owner
• W-9 and an ACH form completed
• CHBO agreement outlining the terms of our agreement
• Fully furnished CHBO complete property
