This was my home away from home for a month while I was traveling for work. The unit was clean, well maintained, and the location was ideal. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils and cookware. The location was perfect, and we made regular use of the streetcar which was across the street. Having the secured parking space was ideal, but street parking was also available for our additional vehicle. The neighborhood felt very safe, and we enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and parks. The building was quiet and felt very secure, and the neighbors that we met were very friendly. There is a free washer/dryer on each floor to be shared among the residents on that floor. We stayed during February, so the weather was too cold to enjoy the outdoor pool. The condo was well stocked with anything we needed, and we felt right at home. Lorrie was a wonderful host for us. While we did not meet her in person, she was easily reachable and responded quickly to emails and text messages. She offered good suggestions for local shopping and dining. The rental agreement and check in instructions were clear and concise. My deposit was returned quickly after the unit was cleaned after our departure. I would absolutely recommend Lorrie as a host and would definitely stay here again when I'm in New Orleans!
